    Explore Groningen

    Location: At the stairs of the Academie Builiding.

    If you are fresh in Groningen, it might be a good idea to do a tour through Groningen. We will check out the main things you have to know and there will be some exercises waiting for you! Be there and bring your fellow internationals.

    At the start of the academic year it might be good to come together and have a relaxing evening. We will provide some 'cinema food'.

    Potluck Party

    Bring your food and share! Prepare some food, it can be anything and bring it. Together we will (hopefully) enjoy a varied dish and afterwards there will be the Kick-off for coming season. We will also arrange the biblestudygroups of coming season. Be there!

Good your're visiting! This is the website of HOST-IFES Groningen (Hospitality for Overseas Students). We are a platform in Groningen for building personal relationships, enjoy friendship and encounter God. We participate in the worldwide Christian student association IFES (International Fellowship of Evangelical Students). 

If you study in Groningen or plan to do so and you want to meet fellow (international) christian students, come to an activity of HOST! On this website you'll find most information that you need but if you have any other questions, please contact us. We have also introduction activities organised for the beginning of this academic year!
